Can I change my order?
After the order is placed, you will not be able to amend it. Where possible, we will try to do our best to make changes, but they have to be reported within 24 hours after the order is placed. Please be aware, that we will try our hardest to get in touch with the brand, however it might be that the order has been shipped and no further changes can be done. Therefore, please make sure you provide correct shipping information, check the sizing you purchase and familiarise yourself with seller’s terms and conditions.
What countries do you deliver to?
Most of our brands offer worldwide delivery. If you want to check on a specific product(s) , let us know by sending an email to email@example.com
How long is the delivery?
Delivery times will depend where it comes from and where it goes to. If you would like to know how long the delivery would be for a specific product, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to get this information for you!
My order has not arrived, what should I do?
Please let us know if you think there is a problem with your delivery and if it did not reach you for more than two weeks. Please drop us an email to email@example.com together with your order number and as much information as you have.
My order has arrived, but not everything I have ordered is there?
Here at Rence Boutique we hunt for items from many creators, which means that sometimes you might order several items, but they are not from the same brand/ boutique. We make sure to mention to all of our brands that it is important to ship all orders within 3 working days after they are placed. In some cases, where items are handmade or made to order, it might take a little longer. Therefore, your order might arrive in different shipments.
However, if you have doubts or just want to check on some parts of your order, please get in touch with us : firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to help you find out where is the rest of your order. Please be assured that we will find a solution.
My order has arrived but the item(s) is (are) faulty or wrong?
If you have received an item that is faulty or not what you have actually ordered, such as wrong size or colour, we want to get to the bottom of it as soon as possible! Please make sure you report any issues with the order within 24 hours of receiving the order. Please take photos (where applicable) and email us at email@example.com along with you order number.
What is your returns policy?

How do I return my order?
As our brands manage their product shipments, should you choose to return the order and it is accepted to be returned, you will be provided with a returns address. Please make sure the products are returned undamaged, unworn, with all tags in tact, packaged safely and preferably using a tracked service.
Some brands might offer free returns service- always check!
Has my return reached the brand/designer?
Please use tracked service when sending your items back- that will give you peace of mind as well as will let you keep an eye on return’s process. If you know that the return has reached the other end, but the refund was not done yet, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, product return, and a proof of return postage and we will look in to it for you.
When will I be refunded?
Your refund will be done within 5 working days once your return has been accepted by the brand. Refund will be done to the original payment method.
